Can I request a custom piece?
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate requests for custom pieces, please email us. Click here for more information.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
All of our products are made of either 10k, 14k or 18k solid gold, not plated or filled. Our diamonds are natural genuine diamonds, they are not enhanced, simulated or lab created. All of our gemstones are genuine stones.
Can your rings be re-sized?
Sizing is an additional fee depending on how many sizes up/down. Once the item is re-sized it is considered final sale.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, Shop Pay, Facebook Pay and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items within 21 days after delivery.
SHIPPING
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping anywhere in the US. Priority Mail, Express and Overnight is an additional fee. International shipping varies by area.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship via FedEx or USPS. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes. If an international order is returned, the customer is responsible for shipment fees.

How long does it take to process my order?
Once payment has been made, all orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders can be anywhere from 5 – 14 business days.
How long does shipping take?
United States: USPS shipping time is 2-5 business days. FedEx in the US is 2-3 business days.
Canada: USPS shipping time is 4-14 business days. FedEx is 4-7 business days
Rest of the world: 7-21 business days depending on carrier
DELIVERY
How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number after your purchase has processed within 1-2 hours.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 21 days after delivery in its original condition. There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders, personalized items or items that have been re-sized.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes, we offer free returns for all US orders.
How do I process a return?
Please email us at queenofgemz@gmail.com and provide us your order number and details and then we will email you a return label. For international orders please ship the item back to the address below.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item (s), we will email you we have received your item and then process a full refund. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your refund. Processing times vary depending on payment providers.
APPRAISAL
Do you offer appraisals?
Yes. All appraisals are an additional $45 fee. A certified gemologist will inspect the piece you have purchased and will provide a report with pictures and a statement of what your item is worth taking into consideration current competitive retail prices.
