Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

At Queen of Gemz, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality in every piece of jewelry we create. We proudly stand behind our jewelry with a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, guaranteeing that your piece will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

Each piece is handcrafted using high-quality materials and thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@queenofgemz.com with your order number, clear photographs of the jewelry and the area of concern, along with any helpful details regarding when and how the issue was noticed. Our team will carefully review the information provided to determine whether the issue falls under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

If we determine that the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, Queen of Gemz will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label and all necessary instructions for returning the item to us for repair at no cost to you. All shipping costs associated with approved warranty repairs are covered by Queen of Gemz.

If, upon inspection, we determine that the damage is not the result of a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a repair estimate for your approval. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid insured shipping label so your jewelry can be sent to us for service.

What Is Not Covered

All fine jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear, daily activities, and accidental trauma. This is especially true for rings, bracelets, and other frequently worn pieces. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Loss, theft, or disappearance of jewelry or gemstones.
  • Damage resulting from chemical exposure, including cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, household cleaners, chlorine, hot tubs, and swimming pools.
  • Scratches, dents, bent rings, stretched chains, worn finishes, or worn precious metals.
  • Prongs that wear down, bend, loosen, or catch over time due to everyday wear.
  • Loss of gemstones caused by impact, accidental damage, or worn prongs.
  • Loosening or wear of clasps, safety latches, bracelet links, or chains due to normal use.
