What materials are used in your jewelry?

All of our products are made of either 10k, 14k or 18k solid gold, not plated or filled. Our diamonds are natural genuine diamonds, they are not enhanced, simulated or lab created. All of our gemstones are genuine stones.

Can your rings be re-sized?

Sizing is an additional fee depending on how many sizes up/down. Once the item is re-sized it is considered final sale.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel you order within 24 hours, however you will be charged for a 3% cancellation fees. After 24 hours, orders can't be canceled.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping anywhere in the US. Priority Mail, Express and Overnight is an additional fee. International shipping varies by area.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship via FedEx or USPS. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes. If an international order is returned, the customer is responsible for shipment fees.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, all orders ship within 1-2 business days. All custom orders take 2-3 weeks to ship after payment.

How long does shipping take?

United States: USPS shipping time is 2-5 business days. FedEx in the US is 2-3 business days.

Canada: USPS shipping time is 4-14 business days. FedEx is 4-7 business days

Rest of the world: 7-21 business days depending on carrier

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery in its original condition. There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders, personalized items or items that have been re-sized.

Yes, we offer free returns for all US orders.

How do I process a return?

Please email us at queenofgemz@gmail.com and provide us your order number and details and then we will email you a return label. For international orders please ship the item back to the address below.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item (s), we will email you we have received your item and then process a full refund. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your refund. Processing times vary depending on payment providers.

APPRAISAL

Do you offer appraisals?

Yes. All appraisals are an additional $45 fee. A certified gemologist will inspect the piece you have purchased and will provide a report with pictures and a statement of what your item is worth taking into consideration current competitive retail prices.

Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days, while custom and made-to-order pieces typically ship within 7-14 business days. We offer complimentary shipping within the United States via USPS or FedEx, as well as expedited and overnight shipping options for an additional fee. All shipments are fully insured, and signature confirmation may be required on higher-value orders for added security. We proudly ship worldwide, and international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Returns

We proudly offer free returns on eligible orders shipped within the United States. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition. Used, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for assistance.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees.

JEWELRY CARE

Avoid harmful solutions, exposure to chemicals can damage or discolor precious metals - gold, silver and platinum – and may harm some colored gems. Everyday substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that will permanently damage the surface of your pearls and other delicate or porous gems (i.e. turquoise).

Fine jewelry should be removed before diving into a chlorinated swimming pool or before using household cleaners. Many of these cleaners contain ammonia, which can be too harsh for delicate gems or vintage jewelry. Chlorine bleach, another common household solvent, can pit or damage gold alloys.

CLEANING

The safest way to clean your jewelry is by wiping it with a lint-free cloth or with warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Do no use any household cleaners, like chlorine and toothpaste. These types of products can erode some of the metals often used in diamond settings, and they may loosen prongs or even dissolve the metal completely.Ref. GIA.edu
